The cheapest truck in ETS2 is the first Iveco. You can get it for as low as 93000. There are mods for cheaper trucks, for example the DAF 95 ati by XBS. Costs about 30k. People saying the Iveco is the cheapest but be aware, that thing has VERY little power.
